Hamlet has been manufacturing and delivering designed for purpose video and audio instruments for 25 years. In that time our returns have remained extremely low. This is confirmation and a verification of the highest standard of design and build quality that Hamlet instruments benefit from.

With unit sales worldwide we are confident of our ability to serve our clients both old and new. Recently we development a new range of instruments based on the patented FlexiScope platform with this came the new AbsoluteCare waranty program.

Four years of AbsoluteCare is included with each purchase of a MicroFlex, FlexiScope, MonitorScope, DigiScope and FlexiScope module provided the purchase was made from an authorised Hamlet reseller and the instrument is registered with us within one month of its purchase.

At the end of that period the service can be extended for a modest fee.

Returns RMA numbers

RMA numbers are available from your respective authorised reseller, master distributor or direct from Hamlet head office.
